Specific Learning Disorder Assessment

Service Description

Our evaluation process begins with a cognitive assessment followed by reading, spelling, written expression, language, mathematics and phonological processing testing. These results contribute to the diagnostic process when investigating the possibility of specific learning disorder with impairment in reading and/or spelling, written expression and/or spelling, and mathematics (also known as dyslexia, dysgraphia and dyscalculia). This assessment is recommended for students who are having learning difficulties in both literacy and numeracy.
